What happens with other games. Try to narrow it down to blackops servers or PSN. Obviously its somthing on your end just gota try and limit it down to specific things. If every other game is working fine, then we know its not your connection, not PSN through your ps3 ect...

Hmm sounds wierd then. I know when they do hotfixes and updates or even mess with the servers, people will still be able to play but others wont be able to get on. Except you stated this has been over 24hours now. So I have no idea. I would assume you would get a differant message if you had a temp ban/reset stats, or even a perma ban. BUT wierder things have happened. Maybe it only displays the message once on temp bans and you just missed it, then it just says cannot connect to black ops as you see now until your 48 hours is up. I say 48 because thats what most the temp ban people posting have gotten. This is all just a wondering mind trying to guess at shiz though. You best bet is to keep your thread bumped or even rename it something that would catch a admins attention. Cutpurse is on here quite often usually in the evening time 5-8ish pm I think (not posative, just when i see him/her on here helpn people.  Get them to look at it leave your Id of your main account on the post and hopefully he/she see's it and can get an answer for you. If not probly call cutomer service? Then they'll probly just tell you to come on here and prey that yoru post is seen in the select window an Admin gets on here. LOL Its a shibby situation eh

you prolly already did this, but power cycle your router along with the ps3. If that don't work then change the IP u have assigned to the ps3 and try again..

Since yesterday we have been unable to connect to any online multiplayer action including Zombies.  When we try to connect we get a grey screen, the lights flash for a bit on the front of the console, then nothing. We Tried to fix by apply update 06 no change, restarted, no change, cleaned disk, no change, changed user, no change, restarted router, no change - no sure what to do now.  I doubt we are banned as we dont cheat etc..  If we eject the disk the PS3 reboots and restarts, otherwise we have to turn the system off.

Has anyone seen this issue or know what we need to do to correct it?

Any help appreciated
