What games? Well, Call of Duty: Black Ops is a pretty good game for levelling up; it's certainly easier to level up on it than it is on games such as Call of Duty 4, due to the lack of bonuses such as challenge bonuses.

sabotage. and sam turrent ( i know not a game but the killstreak gives you much xp)

headquarters hands down, play with a good team, cap lots of HQ's you get 15-20k exp per match

Search and Destroy or HQ. Domination may get you lots of xp but there are long ass games

If your not very good at this game then it doesn't matter what game mode you play.  It will take you a long time to prestige.  If your an average to above average player then hq, ctf and s&d are some game modes that seem to level me up pretty fast.  If you go to your leaderboard and change the filter to all instead of just weekly, play the game type that you've gotten the most points per minute.
