Umm, no. What about the victim? Person A spawns behind/ in front of person B, it's bad because he spawned NEAR and enemy, it doesn't matter who the victim is.

Let me elaborate:

1) Person A spawned behind Person B, so Person B dies.
2) Person A spawns in front of Person B, and Person A dies.

So if you give invincibility to Person A, Person B will never have a chance to kill him. You'd then have to apply this 'fix':

"When you spawn you have 5 seconds of invincibility, and all enemy players near you have invincibility for 5 seconds too"

But what if that enemy player is fighting someone else? Then he can't die so your teamate is f*cked. So this suggestion doesn't work in any way.

I have never seen a better spawning system than Team Fortress 2's or MAG's; you spawn in your base which the enemy cannot infiltrate, easy peasy.
