se cuelga mi juego....

porfavor alguien me puede decir como hacer pa ke no se cuelgue...nu se ke pasa pero eai partes del mapa dond el piso esta completamente plomo y si entro se pone la pantalla negra y sale "cargando", lo mismo me pasa en la misionj dond tengo ke capturar un blindado y al llegar dond karen todo el piso esta plomo y no puedo entrar.
porfavor ayudenme plzz
