All you need to do is make up some reason (it doesn't have to make sense, and in most cases, shouldn't) to get the person above you banned. Here is an example:

Bob: (first poster)
John: Banned for being the first posted
Dave: Banned for not being as cool as i am
Bob: Banned for being so vain that you think you are cool
