How i can add Pictures in a Forum thread?

How i can add Pictures? [img]-[/img] dont works, but other have Pictures....how!?

When you post a reply, use the icon that looks like a camera to insert images (doesn't seem to be working at the moment).

Well, just drag and drop picturs from another page into the reply box, or whatevs i should call it.

Just go on google, search for a image, drag and drop that image into the box and Tadaaa.
