All you need to fix this is to go to 'My Account' then 'Profile' and just unlink your account then relink it back again. Activision Support helped me out he was called David B.

i relinked and it worked but when i went to my clan my name went to unknown again then i get out of my clan and my name goes back to my psn name

the same is happening with me and i can't even download elite from PSN. when i try it says there is nothing available to download

I have same problem aswell except i cant see my name on my clan rooster either and it appears that to some others in the clan rooster my PSN is Chazzin10

and my email is gamingchannel11@gmail.com

and it doesnt update when i join a clan to say im in a clan on the PS3?
