Our clan keep getting ripped off in clan challanges. Black Ops II

Just this past week we were ripped off twice.  Our highest scorer gets his stats reduced and most do not count.  I do not know how to report this without calling.  I think its ridiculous. they can not even keep score right and they are unreachable as a support.  The challanges were headquarter cpatured from 2/27 and the kills in team deathmatch 3/2

    i had this happen once already because i was playing the matches according to the time on the elite website and it just so happened to be the wrong time zone. All of the elite stuff goes off of pacific standard time. You have to adjust your play time to your current time zone. My highest scoring player had his stats reduced as well for us enlisting and not playing the match.We were 2 hours off.
