OFFICIAL ATREYU MIIVERSE ACCOUNT

Right now, bo2 community in miiverse is going insane. It would be nice if you guys had an official account to post updates on miiverse(kind of like how the nsmbu developers have their official account and space). Also, to avoid all these YouTubers feeding rumors to their fans, which in turn ends up affecting your reputation and nintendo's reputation, would you take into consideration making an official wii u bo2 dev team twitter account?

    really great idea. i just found out today that this forum exists and that there were actually official type-ish people that can answer questions without first having to pull them out of their butts. i mean, it wasn't even the first thing to pop up on the google search. i heard about it from this dude i let sleep on my couch. but i searched the miiverse first. just seemed like the logical first step when i discovered i couldn't get my BO fix this morning. should definitely put someone official on the miiverse as noobs, such as myself, look there first.

        meh. would new maps be cool? yeah.
        am i going to lose sleep over it? maybe. but then... i can always go wake up that dude i let sleep on my couch.

    Your last sentence is asking for a twitter account, while at the beginning of the post you ask for a miiverse account.  Do you want both for Wii U?  Or did you just mean the miiverse account?

    Business wise, and I could be very wrong, I wouldn't think that 3arch would put a miiverse account up, being that its a Nintendo run forum/feature whatever the technical name may be.

      And I couldn't agree more about the difficulty finding this forum, it seemed really hard to find it for me too. Not sure why its nota bit easier but its worth it once you are here. And yes a trey u is a game developer who is in daily contact with the community here for the most part, something I'm very grateful for. Welcome to the boards, and go easy on the guy on the couch "cough, half baked", I've been that guy before myself lol.

      zombiu (ubisoft) and zen pinball 2 have one set up on miiverse? zen dev speaks and lets miiverse know of updates i.e new star wars tables coming soon! I think activision/treyarch should embrace this idea and set up a mod account on miiverse to tell the community of patches, double XP! and issues such as this!

       

      Their account like the miiverse official mod are different theyy have a big green box around them showing as being different.

       

      Come on Devs get with the program you speaking to miiverse would really show you support Nintendo as we can see here on this forum!

       

      Of course I say this is easy but then again I do not know what hoops as a company you have to jump through the set up on miiverse? it can't be too much if a little company like Zen can do it.

        Just another place to cry about dlc and op guns, and it would be ten times worse there. And there is a younger crowd. This forum is kinda hard to find, maybe that's a good thing. But yeah, you really think the devs wanna hear the same complaints on a way larger scale? Lol, don't see it happening.

    I'm already working with Nintendo on a MiiVerse account for myself.  Sitting on MiiVerse yesterday and not being able to say anything was painful.

     

    As for Twitter, that's a big time investment, but is something I am considering as well.  Right now I push my updates through the other guys running the Treyarch Twitter account.

          I'm sure it is all done out of love.  CoD players just are not very talented on the styllus. 

           

          Seriously, though, I think you being there will help reduce the feeling that is prevelent that the Wii U players have been abandoned by treyarch.  I think it would be positive for the community.

          A Treyarch developer joining Miiverse? The word 'sadomasochism' springs to mind. =P

           

          I've done quite a lot of reporting of said drawings and such these last couple of days, but as you'll find out soon enough, the admins.. well, why I certainly don't envy the difficult job they have, it's just that quite honestly, they don't do it well. They're lock step with the code of conduct as they should be, but the problem is that document and Miiverse itself is still in it's infancy, and often times they fail to apply any rationality or even common sense.

           

          I spend too much time on that service helping people. It does need more well intentioned gamers, so I'll be looking forward to you joining.

           

          Oh, and the NNID A_Trey_U seems to be available, I think.

        Yeah, bo2 miiverse is a wasteland filled with dlc posts. If atreyu manages to get the account live, and answer questions, then maybe everyone will calm down.

      Nice to hear you see the value too! it for me is an excellent place for feed back for you on the game! I think as a Dev as he/she does here can point out to the community what can be advised on!

       

      i.e feed back on the game such as issues, double XP, etc! and if DLC crops up they can advise as they do here " we have not further information on DLC at this time, we continue to work with Nintendo and any decision made will be notified to you the fantastic nintendo community!

       

      p.s no hacking or glitching or boosting is allowed! you will be amazed how many people openly ask people to join them on miiverse to boost!!!!

       

      I think you get the gist! also as a last request! you guys say you play on wii u? why don't you??? from time to time some nights such as double XP weekends and come join us we had (only use me troll) make an account in your name and fooled a lot of us at first that it was you! but it caused a buzz and people were thrilled you were there! even if you were not.

    Someone in Miiverse right now with the nickname "A_Trey_U" promises DLC for Wii U, and give informations about the servers...

      that will be "only use me troll" his a young kid going by that name on miiverse and also blops 2! don't be fooled. I would have liked to believe it to be our Dev but the fact they promise DLC says it's not!
