Can't go online at all

I try and can't even connect it says "connecting to online services" for a long time then says notice the cod b02 server is not available at this time try again later is it just me

Yea done beat it lol now I am playing 1 v 6 veteran bots headshot only domanation them bit*hs love knifing but just went 130 and 22 swarms dogs and warthog lolso easy it's fun

Still can't connect. WiiU is on Defcon 2 while Xbox/PS3/PC are on Defcon 4
