Who do I contact to get something fixed?

My clan has gotten gold in everything we compete in, but it is saying we have silver on Monday's 75 wins challenge when the leaderboard clearly shows we have over 75 wins. I'm not sure how to report this can someone help me?

    Contact Activision Support on Twitter and they should be able to get it fixed for you.  @ATVIAssist

      That's a good recommendation... But I think you give ATVIassist more credit than they're due. They really can't do much at all except "pass it on to the appropriate parties." I've tweeted them, filed a Support claim, and done everything else I can think of to get the three medals we're missing, but have not gotten one response back. I tend to believe we'll get what we get without getting anything "fixed."

        You are probably correct, but at this point, they are really one of the only places we can go to get our info passed on. Whether it will help or not we don't know, but they haven't really given us many other options on things like this.

          Valid point. If it's a badging issue, the "best" place to go is to fill out a form about it on the Support page. (Honestly, there isn't a best place. Every place leads to a dead end, imo. But at least you have actual documentation that you tried.)

    It depends on what the goal is for detting the Gold!!! You can get silver because you got 75, the Gold was at 100, and you got (I don't really know what you got...) 99, you would get silver still...
