I am having the same problem along with multiple others with "Elite" Hah! elite.... I recently just started a clan trying to get my close BO2 friends together to work on similar goals. Only the first person I invited to the clan has been able to help get clan achievements or even shows up on the list. Also having problems with clan invites and applications....
