ELITE does NOT work.....

I don't know how you can market something that doesn't even remotely work on any platform. PS3, XBOX, PC browsers (several). Its frustrating that I cant even access basic properties of what ELITE is there for. It's dumb. Disappointing service from a game that is supposed to be the most reputable considering the people you make the games for are the ones paying you. If you bought a TV that only had one channel you would be pissed too. FIX it!! Never really had a problem with Battlefield's Battlelog. Maybe your customer service dept. could use a few pointers.

    yeah i was on the battlelog last night worked flawlesly then i go to elite to see about clan ops

    and get "An unexpected error occurred when loading this section" so how do you know what to do ?  and yes i have cleared my cache

    Hey,

     

    I have a big problem. I don´t know where I have to post it, so I do it here. yesterday I registered on elite and finished my profile to 100%. But I can´t see anything from my BO2 Game. What is the reason about it? Any ideas?

      Activision cant or is unwilling to fix elite.  Live chats and twitter gor days all i get is they are aware of the problem.  I was a loyal customer but i think after being ignored for a month i might have to pass on future activision products.  There customer loyalty doesn't mean nothing to them

        Yeahh...Ok like Im going to wait around for some Moron to tell me they are aware of the issue....lol... and then have to deal with it continueing to occur... I am Done with Activision!!!

    So bullshit man. I havnt been able to enlist in any mw3 clan ops or challenges for 2 months now, error error error

    Pretty sad it is. One of the biggest games in the world and I mean BIG. These guys are making "Billions" off of this game alone (sales, add-ons, merchandise, advertisng etc.). People camp out in front of stores when they release a new game. Now your telling me these over payed billionaires can't make it so I can invite somebody to my clan on my $70 game on my $300 playstation with my $60 controller using my $60 internet connection. I could invite someone to my clan in a matter of seconds 10 years ago on Socom. Get it together and FIX THE ELITE PROBLEM. Even if you had to scrap it and start over atleast you'll be doing something.

    I have had the same problems for ages. I can't access the console app at all, and haven't been able to since about two months before black ops 2 came out. Just freezes on the opening screen. I still can't see my friends, despite having linked my account, and NEVER have been able to, even with mw3. Now I get the same 'unexpected error occurred' message when trying to see clan ops/challenges, and I also can't now invite people to my clan, and even friends who are clearly elite members (have the dlc playercards etc.) elite tells me that they are not members. UK user, elite founder and buyer of all COD titles, and a bit annoyed, especially as it is so difficult to get any kind of help or acknowledgement.

    we all frustrated and same problem been happening since past one month i cant manage my clan tag, motto and title at all neither can i access my clan members!!! this is putting me off big time i just hope activision staff will help us out rather than just be ignorant and blank head coz i swear they will loose one of their loyal customer....................................................................... ......................

      Yeah there is no sense in this/

       

      When I try to load Elite in my PS3 half the time I get tons of errors or if it loads I still can't use what I need to, trying to leave a clan so I can join a new one because our clan tag was made for MW3 and can't use it in Black Ops 2 cause its D/D\

       

      When I can hit leave clan in PS3 it gives me communication errors there was an error communicating with the Call of Duty Elite Servers...

       

      When I hit leave clan in web broswer it just does nothing

       

      Sad thing is I still planning on buying a season pass, this is still one my fav games even though elite iS BS

       

      I JUST WANT TO USE MY ELITE CLAN TAG IN BLACK OPS 2 like in MW3 an for ELITE to WORK. I CANT BELIEVE THEY MAKE MONEY OFF THIS
