Do not give me to do an operation px clan elite

Well I did two operations elite clan of zombies i one low kill comfirmed i to the two operations did not give me xp for the clan because? please any answers or something thanks!

There are multiple threads on this issue, not sure if any clans on either console have yet received badges and xp for all the challenges and no response as to why either
