    The zombies challenge can take between 12hrs to 24hrs tp update. The daily challenges can update between 2- 3 hours.

    I haven't been able to access my clan roster for 3 months coinciding with the time elite went free .. coincidence? .. probably not .. we're constantly finishing in the top 5% but elite awards us silver and when I contact them someone tells me it's because not all of the clans enlisted participated .. how is it my problem that clans enlist but don't show up to play? Also when I try to view almost anything in elite it says an unexpected error occurred try refreshing your browser as if it was a problem on my end .. the errors have become totally expected and it seems to me that since the site went free they just gave up on it and I'm getting to the point where I might do the same. I've tried contacting them several times and haven't received any response since they did away with the live chat feature... maybe they want us to give up now that they're not making any money on it!

    In regards to getting silver - The final result is based on the total number of teams participating, not enlisting. The website only shows the number of clans enlisted. Thus, there is currently no way to know what your actual percentage was. This has been an issue ever since they changed how it was calculated mid-way through MW3.

    The funny thing about all this is that if you click the NEW DLC button on either application ... that works perfect ... takes you immediately to page that asks for your method of payment ... hmmmm

    I understand all that, but there were times my clan finished in the top 1,000 and still received silver when 31,000+ clans were enlisted .. I find it hard to believe that less than 10,000 clans actually participated .. seems to me like a canned response given out of laziness or unwillingness to deal with the issue.

    Don't look at where your clan placed. The 31,000 clans enlisted did not all play. There are a lot less clans that play than you think that are playing. The motivation for BO2 clans has gone down drastically since Beachhead went MIA and Activision is not commenting.

     

    Just curious:

     

    How many TDM kills is your clan getting in 3 hours?

     

    How many Confirms is your clan getting in 3 hours?

    we were averaging 1200 to 1400 in both when people cared and there were rewards for playing .. unfortunately a lot of my members have stopped playing since the change .. which makes it more frustrating that I can't access my roster since we have 100 members and I can't kick anyone so that I can add new members who will play to replace those who never really did.   Out of the 100 we have now, I have 4 who faithfully show up and play me included, and that's not acceptable to me but my hands are tied by elite. so now when we get silver I know it's deserved, but many times we were robbed in my opinion, I still have open cases in support with no response.

    Two suggestions, mwfan55... Combine 9 & 23 (since they both basically deal with messaging) and please make #1 something like: "Please provide this community with an active, responding group that can actually help us fix issues. Just asking us questions (and passing them on "to the appropriate parties") is not enough-- these people need to be able to actually DO something to help the community."

    These numbers are healthy gold. The problem is ( from what you are telling me ) your clan is not getting the same amount of kills and confirms. If you are below a thousand then don't expect gold. You might be borderline in the 900's. Again, don't look at the percentage of where you placed. Look at the amount of kills and confirms you earned.
