How do i get my DLC back for Modern Warfare 3

So i was going back to play spec ops for MW3 and about a month ago i lost all my data and didnt redownload my Mw3 data because i wasnt playing it at the time. 

Anyway i went to download it again and my elite subscription ran out a month ago...Now i cant download anything from when my elite subscription was active.

 

Any help?
