Anyone besides me getting sick of immature, racist, and/or insensitive emblems

Because after seeing so many, I just wonder: why can't these people just grow the **** up and make a decent emblem instead of the sexually eplicit crap I have seen since late 2010?

 

 

My emblem is a purple spiral into infinity (with a black backround, someone mentioned it was trippy even though I didn't use all the colors of the rainbow)

      That's the problem right there. You see, I don't like them because my wife is in the room when I play Call of Duty, and she finds it very offensive to see emblems with fists holding what looks like guts tearing out of a vagina. She finds it offensive to see emblems depicting women being humped by dogs and other animals. Etc, etc.

       

      So, you see, it doesn't matter whether or not I find it offensive. What matters is that it is offensive to others.

    - if it offends report in game

    - I enjoy reporting its fun

        Apart from the Xmas noob blip the number of offensive emblems in region 1 are significantly reduced.

         

        either reporting is working or folks have matured in 3 months.....I suggest the former is responsible for the favorable trend.

         

        The game is rated M, I don't play in front of my children and they are not allowed to play. They are not that interested in computer games anyway.

        10 a week ! There was 6 in one lobby in just one game I played tonight, they were really classy I bet there parents must be so proud.

      If the reported people would actually get disciplined it would matter to report someone for emblems.

       

       

      @Azrael513: A lot of people don't care because it doesn't affect themselves. I won't let my kids play an Cod Game ever. I don't want to mix them in with this lot of people.

      You could also report them to Xbox because it is against their terms and constitions for xbox live

    Haters are gonna hate and trolls will be trolls. Keep reporting them because people are getting banned from using the emblem editor now if they have offensive content. I wouldn't report people before because nothing was being done, but now that something is, I take the time to be a snitch. I think most of the people that have offensive emblems are usually little kids or adults that have the mentality of a little kid and neither of them should be playing this game in the first place.

    Yeah its childish to have a penis or any other sex related content as emblem but what can you do, 98% of the CoD community is 12 year olds, it doesn't really bother me, even if you report them all, they will keep on doing creating this childish emblems. I only report the racist emblems.

        Its to many of them, if i would report them then i had to report 98% of the people and like you said, its not worth the time.

    Yes. It makes me sad that people choose to represent themselves that way.

     

    I report them every time. Will continue to do so.

     

    But I focus more on the creative, innovative emblems I see. Those are far more interesting to me.

    im on ps3 not xbox but yea it is pretty discusting. not even just the emblems, how about half the crap people call each other on this game. pretty sad.

      the sex related ones are bad enoughn but i nt normally report if im honest but my blood boiled tonight when a grown man had nf i hate ######### #### i meant come on if those are your beleifs fine you are entilted to them but you are not entitled to put them on this game for all to see i thk i pressed report a dozen times i was fuming hope he gets his ip banned

    I hope my rebel flag dont offend any one not the intention but more of a heritage I live in the south and im proud of it so for those who try to ban it you really need a history lesson. ..I do see some that take it to far .ones with the kkk and watermelon under a box with a stick and the sex ones as well but it is a rated m game so try not to get your panties in a bunch and just play the game and try your best to gun for them or me lol

      Online interations don't count in the ESRB rating.

       

      If this is a Mature rated game, then why can't people ACT mature instead of vice versa.

       

      X rated emblems are immature and are made by immature people (or stupid kids, I'm only 15, going on 16, and I am FAR more mature than these people dispite being prone to anger when I'm losing, though I solve this by removing my headset)

    The type of emblems I see in common is:

     

    the swastika (age group, im going to say teens to 20's?)

    a penis shooting his load or into a woman's bottom (same as above)

     

    Personally, I'm not offended because I gave up on humanity a long time ago.

      Guess what? You DO have to look at them.  Every time you are killed by a person with an offensive emblem, BAM! it's in your face.  Yes, I can block all player content, but I don't want to.  I WANT to see the fun and creative emblems, but not the porn.

      Errr you do actually because it's shown on your screen when they kill you in-game.  Had some weird person depicting ejaculation onto a teddy bear.  I guess now I know how what his sex life is like.  Takes all sorts to make a world.

       

      The block feature doesn't work.  I've blocked someone in MW3 and I've been in his lobby twice since blocking him.

        The OP complains about how they want other people to grow up, but this seems like a complaint that only a child would make. Children will always be immature because they don't have enough experience to know any better and an adult would know this.

         

        Instead of getting mad, how about you try to talk some sense into these children? Or be like the rest of us and just ignore them.

            I hardly even pay attention to emblems unless I'm tracking who just killed me. If I were to get offended by whatever, then it would only be adding fuel to the fire since the kids who make them obviously want you to get pissed off. They're trolls... Report and move on. Everytime I see a thread complaining about being banned, it makes me laugh because it could have been me who reported them.

    I usually report upwards of 20-30 a night. Luckily they have made it easy to report them from the lobbies. I never report them to Microsoft through the Xbox system just because it takes too dang long.

     

    I'm definitely tired of them. While I don't mind seeing the filth people wish to express, I do play Black Ops 2 in a high traffic area of the house. The last thing I need is to try and explain what is showing up on the screen. Which is too bad because I love looking at emblems, some individuals are incredibly creative and talented with their designs.

     

    Online interactions aren't rated, but should still be regulated. I have no idea if individuals are being punished for these disgusting emblems. In the old forums for Black Ops 1, you would see complaints all the time about being banned for emblems. I rarely see them now (unless FoxHound is really working overtime and using the mighty force of the moderator hammer).

    Think of it this way. Just shows how intelligent they are, or should I say, lack of intelligent's, they have. All we can do is report them and go to the next match. Feel good knowing your smarter than they are.

    Firstly sorry if this posts offends but I must share my view like all you others.  Pornography emblems don't bother me in the least, reason being if you're playing a game where you are killing people how can you be offended by porn?  rascist is completely different, you are a special kind of douche to be that rascist.  It's all well and good thinking i'm ok coz it's online.  NO it isn't you, are going out of you way to put another person down, or to bring up attrocities that have happened.  Anyways that's my view.

    Those with offensive emblems are almost always the kind of tool who gives the CoD community its bad rep. I report each and every one, its like a little between game pastime. I notice there are less and less recently.

     

    Oh, and I love the 'grow some balls' argument. You broke the ToS and got punished, and you think its everyone else who needs to grow some balls? Really...

    If I'm honest, I've seen plenty ranging from the blatant in your face racism/profanity/vulgar to the subtle "thought provoking" ones.... The amount still pales in comparison to the amount of Ted/Angry bird variant/that damn wolverine/Ha Ha emblems I see. honestly people, were's the imagination ???

     

    Bugger, I forgot to add really p*ss poor simpson drawings to the list..... Took an eternity to edit something that a 5year old could do better at
