account reset can any one help

Hi i was online last night logged out for  3o mins came back online next thing i now i still have one title and and emblem but my rank is back to one

can anyone give me any information on how i can go about getting my stuff back how the way it was. thanks

      My gamertag is JDC Oblio Spoon.

      Console: Xbox 360

       

      Problem: "Your classes have been reset"

      Did not use my prestige token for that.

       

      Lost all camos/attachements/tokens.

       

      EDIT: I waited for 2 hours to speak with costumer support. Did not get answered.

      Problem: My stats got reseted i have 6 CaC one i unlocked with my permanent token now i have 1 and i have 0 normal unlock tokens

       

      Please help me Thank you

    Happened to me through local. Went from 5th prestige to none. kill4monkeys (Xbox 360)
