Nuketown 2025 and nuketown zombies expensive

Hi, i really want nuketown zombies, but didn't buy hardend edition or season pass, nor do i want to because they are expensive
Will nuketown zombies be available for purchase on its own, or do i have to buy the season pass or hardend edition?

I didn't notice him asking if it was coming out for free just whether or not it will be out on its own for purchase.
