Black Ops 2 founders title and emblem gone?

Soo, I was playing a game of black ops 2 and then I went offline to go get my tea, log back onto black ops 2 and my green founders title and emblem a gone.. Anyone know why this is? i know for certain i am a cod elite founder as i purchased the MW3 hardened edition.. BTW, my psn is D_Mad_Matt_98
