Wouldn't get my hopes up. Fixing footsteps will probably goes as well as fixing lag compensation.
Yeah and it figures too. There's always one big issue I have with each game that I kinda just have to put up with. Looks like this game it may be the footsteps. A_Trey_U can you guys confirm one way or the other whether or not an increase in the volume of enemy footsteps is being considered? It would make sense that they should be at least as loud as your team's footsteps.

Here's a thought on that. He thought footsteps were OP so they nerfed that because they didn't want you to hear the enemy coming. But then they turn around and let you see them coming by aiming through wall. WT...I'll leave out the last letter.

There is no footstep sound, yet there are two perks called Awareness and Dead Silence, Awareness is useless because even with that you hear nothing.
Dead silence only shuts the guys mouth on TDM, thats the only benefit.
They're important part of the game, it's another reason why you die so easy, you can't hear anything so you basically have to hope for the best once you decide to move, if you use tacticals, you blow your cover, if you waste C4, you once again blow your cover, the sensor grenade is freaking useless if thats what he thinks balances things, well what good is an equipment that keeps weird noise and tells everyone that there is an enemy coming.
Treyarch should check their data logs and have a look at how many people use Dead Silence/Awareness. When they see that the number is close to 0, they might consider changing something ![]()
Awareness is so useless. At the very least they could buff that and make it worth using.
