How is this possible?

somehow this isn't letting me put up a screenshot, but here it is

how is it possible to get all 3 extra perks and all 3 attachments?

not trying to call anyone out publically, which is why I blurred this person's name

 

I rant and rave alot because I see a lot of odd things happening when I watch cams or when I go and review film to see what a person's doing that I'm not so I can better my game play, but this just proves I'm not going crazy when I say people do cheat, unless someone can prove otherwise....

    They have used a cheat or a hex editor to do it.

     

    They will be banned but it will take a while because of noobs reporting people for cheating when they are not.

     

    I have just been reported by a player for cheating, because apparently I did nothing but lag the whole game lol because I killed them, but other people managed to kill me perfectly fine.
