i have been reseted from bo2 multiplayer

hello my gamertag is ApeX ExoTikZ and i play on xbox 360 , i really want help because i have been reseted from bo2 multiplayer and i don´t know even for why , i think that a hacker get in to my account and reseted it cause i didn´t get banned for reseted please i need help as far as you can please  

pd: i had a token to reset my account but i didn´t did it and when i discover that i were in level 1 there says that my account has been used in another console wich thing is really strange because noboy knows my password

    I got resetet too

    I was Prestige 7 and when i went online 2 days ago i saw a massage : You stats were resetet and i didnt had a reset token

      yea but i were prestige master with every weapon in diamond the last weapon that i need to gold were the peacekeeper and i were on it , i reached like 35 headshoot and i were going to connect in the evenning and i reached the notice that my stats have been reseted

          Help as well? My Gamertag is GigaAlec I was Prestige 2 rank 31 I believe and this stuff has all went down and nothing done about it.  I also try going to the stats and rank rollback page and it says I have to link my multiplayer account and I have already done that with my Xbox 360. Please help? :/

          i was reset to i idk why i have, almost all gold smgs except the chincom and skorpion, had the rest of smg gold+the peackeeper gold, dsr gold, diamond launchers.. my calling card show i have unlock at the stuff for the msmc and i was 8th prestige level 8 gt.. bigpoppachase

    Hi, my gamer tag is Sspr3dyourbalZ. My gamertag is that because some guy hacked me 2 years ago and changed my name but anyways I got reset on February 2, 2013 and I am not a hacker or anythihng. My rank is fine but I use to have 9 custom classes and now i only have 6 and I use to have the remington, Ballista, and the Dsr 50 gold and i had like 200 one shot one kills with the SVU-AS and those are all gone now and I am missing a few of my prestige titles and stuff. Also, on my combat record it says that I have over 6 billion kills with the SVU, M216, and another gun, I don't really know how that happened.

    same here, gamertag: geo1mz i was playing yesterday and my connection just went off, i log back on and boom i'm level 1 w/ stats and all reset. I've been trying to fix this w/ the support link but it tell me to link my accounts which i've already done, any help?

    I was send the reset thing,, with my problems, like 3days ago.. nothing happened, i wasn't get any email for nowhere, i still dont have what i was lost! gold weapons many points etc ., Please can somebody fix it?
