did not get my unlock tokens refunded back after I Prestiged.- xbox360

After I Prestiged in Black Ops 2, I choose the refund of unlock tokens and I have yet to get them . is anyone having the same issues other then Myself?

that happened to me aswell but i still havent found out how to fix it...when i find out ill reply again
