MW3 RENDER QUALITY PROBLEM!

I NEED HELP...

Ok, so I have CoD Elite Founder Status, and one of the things that came with elite premium is 720p video renders to Youtube. When I render mine, they are just as bad as ever, and the highest quality I can go to is 480p. I have tried unlinking my xbox account, and my youtube account, and relinking them. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Unfortunately, from my experience, it seems you can only upload in 720p if your console is connected to an HD TV.. kinda stupid, but I think that's how it goes.  Before I had an HD TV, my videos were uploading in standard definition (and only 360p at that.. not even 480p, which is what standard def is).
