cant find games! please help!

hi i recently cant find any games and also cant join any server since steam tells me i am not upgraded to this new version 1.9... can you please tell me how to upgrade it? i cant find any games and this really su**s. would be nice if you helped

I had this same problem for about 2 months, go to steam click game library and right click MW3 multiplayer and go to properties and perform a date integrity check then restart steam and game should work It, worked for me
