Problem with Peacekeaper

Ok the only problem is: The other players on my console don't have the darn thing. Anyone know a solution

    The only solution is to buy a PS3.  XBOX doesn't allow DLC sharing for different accounts on one console but PS3 does.

      Ugh... you're wrong. It's just a bug I think. Because you can play the maps on seperate accounts. But the weapon is still locked for some reason.
