i was banned ofr no reason...

so my account was permanently banned from blops2 for no reason whatsoever. i had been temporarily banned before and  i set myself straight and corrected my wrong doing, i would just like to know the reason behind my ban and why you wll are goin to make me spend 30 dollars on a new account

      first time was for emblem. and then around 4 this morning i was perma banned

          ive seen alot worsthan a hairy vagina  on the emblem editor lol. i understand why the first time, but i just got kicked from a game and bootedd out. no reason behind it

        cutpurse plead your inocence to them they deal with this sort of thing if it a genuine mistake they will do what they can to over turn the decission even though they do state bans are final in the rules.

         

        to get a ban like this either you made another emblem that was reported or they found one you had created worthy of this ban or maybe you were using a modded controller and got caught that goes against the online rules

          i was already permanently banned from the editor after my first offense. now im banned from online play in multiplayer. i use the standard wired controller with fpsfreeks. i just would like some closure about the whole situation. if youd like my gamertag you can go watch myplaer channel i dont cheat just ssome random ass bans being put out

            if you got a perma ban it was because you did something wrong, got reported and someone IN treyarch reviewed your account, games, and found something.,

             

            its not an automated process real people check these things especially if you got a perma ban.

             

            also discussing bans on here is against the forum rules so you'll find tis thread gets deleted by a mod.

                but maybe you know shot in the dark maybe the fact you tried to pad the stats of your account had something to do with it?  or given the potty mouth you seem to have on social media and the delight you have in insulting people it was for that?

            what did the msg say when you discovered online ban maybe a 2week ban which has bein going around a lot but if it perm then they have found something you did have bein doing to warrant such a ban although i do admire your curage comeing on here and admittitng what you did and maybe not to its full extent you wont get much sympathy and very little help on the forums as a lot here are haveing magour issues with the game and to here a cheat that has bein helping to ruin the exsperiance get banned actualy lifts there spirits.

            this thread will prob get locked when the mods catch up with it as they dont allow ban disscussions on here and to be fair i doubt there anyone here that can help you solve this issue

        problem is this...you dont get a perma ban for nothing...if you used a lag switch or caught boosting what ever..you will get banned..i say good riddence to you..you spoil the game for everyone else then come on here crying...cant stand cheaters you should all be banned from these games for good..no sympathy here...1 more down...

          go look at my recent games GT is PhallicGauge i can assure all of you i dont cheat lol. you all assume bans are for cheating, i know this is not the case, i just need to know who to get ahold of to see wh i was banned and if there was a mistake made. you all can say i cheat all you want. go lookat my channel

          FYI it would be libel. Slander is spoken-word and it has to be something that you can't refute in a court of law. An accusation of being holier than thou hardly qualifies.

            its not about what was said by him but the threat of slanderin his comments, what is my personal life and personal channelshas nothing to do with the post. its superlative in a way to make mesee like  a bad person, sinnce he  tryed to follow through with his actions by posting something not even on my accounts, by law is slander. hes lying to the communtiy about my personal accounts to demean me on this threat GG

            Not to mention in a UK court you have to show damages and be able to pay your way lol.

             

            Assuming you could find a judge that would even hear a nonsense accusation like that lol.

          Also "if" you went to law school (you dont btw just a quick glance through your online activities prove that  ) you would know the fact that if an alleged defamtory comment is actual true is what is called an absolute defence, As the defendant in your accusation all i would need to do is prove the substance of what i said was correct.Not hard really would take like what 2 minutes to screenshot a few of your more choice ethuggish comments

            offering and enacting are two different things. sarcasm doesnt spread over text very well. so take it at face value.  you yourself have nothing better to do with your time. and this is  just a secindary account anyways. not too worried  about it. this post will be locked soon enough as it is. i was just wondering why. and photoshopping texts is elementary stuff bro screenshots dont hold in court either

            this thread was  asking about the reasoning behind the ban since there was a broad msg given i was just wondering a few details. you took it to another tangent, you prove to me why i should be banned and ill agree with you

            My wife graduated with a 2-2 degree in law last year and I am well versed in Scottish law, should he choose to sue in Scotland; after all, as any American should know proving libel in an American court is a bit like trying to see Neil Armstrong's foot prints on the Moon with the naked eye…

      I agree, many forum members are blood thirsty. You need to accept this as the Internet and treat them with sarcasm as they are all hypocrites.

       

      Unlike a court room, members here (not all) assume you are guilty until proven innocent.Then again, most of them probably wouldn't pass jury selection anyways... So yea....

    It is possible that your emblem ban was a temporary fix as the moderator pushed your case to the next department, where it was determined to be a violation that deserves a permanent ban.

    An emblem that clearly breaks the rules, a gamertag that's pushing it and now a permaban, you really have been a very busy boy.  (And by boy I really mean child)

     

    From the info above you should be banned anyway, you sound exactly the type of immature and abusive child that the game doesn't need and certainly we don't need.

     

    During my very long time on here I can only think of one single person where a mistake was made and the ban was reversed, the other tens of thousands were banned for cheating, hacking, boosting, etc  regardless of them all pleading innocence.

     

    I will look forward to you coming back on here in a month or so to tell us it was all a big mistake, you didn't cheat and your ban has been reversed.

     

    Or lets see you have the guts to come back and tell us your still banned and why.

    If you didn't break the rules after the temp ban then you're pleading your case to the wrong crowd & this thread breaks the forum rules so it will be black bagged. If you're innocent I wish you luck in pleading your case. If you're guilty I'm saying nothing, it's no fun punching a blind kid.

    Ban appeals and discussion are not allowed on the forums. We moderators and your peers on the forums do not have any information regarding your in game ban.
