Create Clan not Working

Hello sorry to bug, just curious when create clan will be back up? I keep attempting to create a clan but every name I use constantly says "already exsists" and I've use: Blood Lust Mafia, Blood Lust, Lust Mafia, B1ood Lust Mafia, Bl00d Lust Mafia, Out for Blood, Blood Lusting

I am having the same problem, even if I try a nonsensical clan name, like KidhhwefgdsUYT.
