Why do some clan op competitions not show in the Competition Schedule?

Today there are 2 clan ops at 2pm PST.... one for BLOPS2 and one for MW3 but only the BLOPS2 shows up in the Competition Schedule list.

Only when viewing the Competition Schedule from within the Clan HQ do both of them show up there.

Any ideas why?
