Hello everyone

I wanted to start out by saying I'm sorry if this is posted in the wrong area, but I hope someone can help me here, as I have been going crazy trying to figure out this problem that I'm having with Elite for the PS3. As of right now, I'm currently in a clan, and any time I play any of the clan challenges or clan ops for Call of Duty Black ops 2, no matter what the objective is, when I go to check the results or "YOUR CLAN'S PERFORMANCE" in Elite on the PS3, I can never find my player name on the list- even though I know I was enlisted and worked towards what the objective was- I can see everyone else's name listed there but not mine. Other then my other clan members in the list, there is one spot for a player who's name is listed as "null" (without the quotes). The interesting thing about the "null" listing is that if you are actually able to click it, it loads my information about that challenge or op.

So I guess my question here is, How do I fix my name on ELITE so that it actually displays my name instead of either "null" or "unknown" so that I know that it's me, and the rest of my clan can see my accomplishments without having to figure out if it's me or not.

If you could help me out with this, I would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

PS: does anyone happen to know how to add more than 8 layers when creating and designing a clan emblem?
