Signed!! The game is trying to hard to constantly (artificially) balance connections but all it is doing is creating uneccessary inbalances due to the nerdy 'everybody is a winner, taking part is what counts' mentality of Vahn that refuses to acknowledge the reality of connectivity...

Fact is, if the lobby is full of africans, and a chinese player joins, his connection will be poor. If a dedicated server is in africa and a chinese player joins, his connection will be poor. Creating software that tries to change the fact these people are so far and data takes time to travel is like trying to achieve an impossilbe task.
