clan management not working (cant kick people)

as the title says..i cant kick people thiers no little box to tick helpp

Hello Big_pumba,

We are aware of the issue and we are investigating it. What system are you playing? How do you access ELITE? Via console app or the web site? ^JJ

  hello,, iv acces it through elite app.. and it wont let me in clan mangement it says bad responce .. i used google chrome fire fox internet explorer and iphone making sure all history and cache etc was deleted .. and still cant kick people.. i have people in the clan who i need to kick urgently thanks

    I have the same problem. Under the roster in management it has the people there,but they are all missing data and can't be kicked. In the roster on the clan HQ page,I am the only listed person in the clan. I have used firefox,IE(which loads up Elite extremely slow) and I also get bad access on the PS3 app.

Im having the same problem through the console and computer and Im using PS3 My wife was the leader and she's tring to pass it to me and it only says data missing for all our members. Gaming-Experts

  We suggest for the time being you use the Console app in order to kick players from your clan. It did take us a few tries and we did launch the Call of Duty Elite app from the XMB or Xbox Dashboard so try doing it that way.
  
  We've sent the info to the developers and they are currently investigating the issue. ^MM

same thing is happening to me i can not kick these members out they need to go idk why i pay 50 dollars for something that dont work makes no sense

  Have you tried using the Console app? Try accessing ELITE through the XMB or Xbox Dashboard (not in-game) to see if you have the option. ^JJ

My guess would be that everyone is having the same problem. For me it stopped working as soon as they got the clan page data to start loading (all except for the roster anyway). I'm going to try the console tonight as I too have a long waiting list to go through.

console app the app is not working reinstalled it still nothing app wont work i cant kick anyone shows no kd also i can not premote any of my clan members to leader can you guys please fix this im loosing hope in you guys with this elite fix this ive called twice trying to get help still nothing

  This is still being worked on. There isn't a workaround since it does not work for the console app as well.

yea same here cant kick, promote, or looks at any clan members stats neither on pc or ps3 app. And also i created a new acc and tried to get the free elite for it but it just doesnt send me the confirmation email -_- it says there is an error sending it. UGHHH i hope they fix this before BO2

    I've used th app on my ps3 and nothing just like everyone else i've tried everything nothing works except 1 time i tried it on my laptop and it worked i got out who wanted out then the next time i tried nothing so just check all the time i try to check every 3hrs hoping it will work again personaly i think it was just a fluke that it worked once i've been trying for 2 1/2 weeks hope they fix it soon need to get rid of some dead weight .
