Dear support,

in past i contacted you several times regarding different issues. Nothing and i really mean NOTHING happens.

Eg we had a problem with missing clan emblems (i contacted you more than 10 times). You asked me to fillout the "missing Clan emblem form". Well, i filled it out 20!!!!! times - without a solution/reaction or whatever.

I spend hours of my freetime to find a solution (again: thanks for NOTHING). And a found a solution....

Now we have 2 new problems:

1. On ELITE the Clan level is 50. That´s not correct. It´s 49 (it will be shown correctly in CoD MW3).

   - I contacted your support. Solution= "0"

2. We played the last Clan operation and we got "nothing"..... No bronze, no silver, no gold,.... NO CLAN XP! Just NOTHING!

    - BTW: The clan operation starts at 11pm german time and ends at 2am german time!

So far,...... HOW is YOUR solution? We spend freetime and so on for NOTHING

AND!!! Don´t bore me or waste my time with "standard answers".

I WANT A SOLUTION

Note: If you´re not not able to support your customers, maybe you should change your job
