I need a clan. Please help me?

I'm 14, don't think i'm gay by the gamertag. My old one messed up. I'm interested in joining a clan. You may not think i'm good because i'm a kid, but i'm actually very good and I don't hack and cheat. Please help me because I really need a clan to join. Thanks
