The Call of Duty server is not available.....

I cant login to my mw3 account. Every time i try i get this message:

The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 server is not available at his time. Please try again later or visit http://www.callofduty.com/mw3/status for updates.

But when i enter the status site it say that the servers are working. Does anyone knows what to do?

I Have same problem on pc and cannot find out how to check for updates or how to get them, spent hours searching through until i found this post, is mw3 automatically updated or do you have to do it yourself ?
