i have been having the same problems for months now and contacted them many times all they say is a fix is coming soon

EXACTLY what this guy says is happening to me error error...thats why its free now coz they made there money off us all in first year and just not botherd now proper rip off its never actually worked proper from start but now not at all what a joke .........sort it out activision

Ive had the same problem cant enlist and missing out on the xp, error error ***** sakes cant contact elite, any americans out there you need to call them up im in nz cant call, call elite support and tell them if we dont make noise they wont listen to us, Get on the facebook pages they post new stuff on there hey got a elite page mw3 page bo2 page post and message on there untill they change it cause its bullshit

I haven't been able to use ELITE once for black ops II. I click on the COD: ELITE app on my ps3 home screen and i get a black screen for as long as i can bear waiting. Then, all of the sudden, none of my buttons on my controler work and all i can do is shut off my PS3. WTF!!!!! It has never once worked and it doesn't seem like it's ever going to work.

Elite has seriously sucked for the past few weeks. I cant access My Clan on the website, just keeps sending me to the homepage. I CONSTANTLY get the "Bad Server Response" Message when trying to use the app on Xbox. FIX THIS PLEASE! I know its free now... but thats no reason to treat the guys like me who still have a premium membership like crap. Dont take our money for stuff that doesnt work. period.

I've also been suffering from Elite problems recently and it seems worse lately.

My experience is that it fails to load certain parts on PS3, shows as enlisted in all challenges when i have not, states im not in a clan, shows members in my clan as unknown and kicked one member off my clan for no reason.

My advice to everyone would be to try and enlist in advance and take note of the dates and times of the clan ops and challenges, if your leader is on the ball in your clan they should have it up on your personal clan website or sent to you through psn or xbox live.

I cannot give any advice about fixing the main problem but until they do it themselves, we are going to have to learn to cope and adapt to these changes and problems.

I also find that loading it on my console takes time and causes it to fail and need to restart console, however through black ops 2 it improves. It's even steadier on the laptop.
