I elisted in a daily clan challenge and didn't receive my xp and badge

Can someone please help i enlisted in the CTF most flag caps i played CTF but i didnt receive xp or a badge and i have waited 2 days cuz it always says wait 24 hours but nothing has happened it says my clan is lvl 4 when it should be lvl5 cuz i only need 50xp which ill earn if i got xp from CTF PLZ HELP
