I created a Call of Duty ELITE clan and signed up for every competition and enlistment for the month of January.  I then found out that Clan members who have recently joined the clan, scores wouldn’t be counted for clan Ops because I already enlisted in the competitions/Ops before they joined the clan. This was very frustrating to me but shame on me for not reading all the fine print. So needless to say all of my friends that join the clan can’t help me level it up because I had already enlisted in all the events.

Assuming someone might be able to help me with technical support I decide to contact someone in tech support at activison. I was greeted and experienced a very short wait to reach customer support. The person I ended up chatting with was very understanding of my frustrations but explained to me that there were “no tools” available to un-enlist my clan from all of the operations I had enlisted in. BUMMER! (I being somewhat tech savvy assume that creating a new clan is all I can do, considering that there is no way for this person to help me.) I ask if the only way to “rectify” this situation was to create a new clan. The guy assures me this is the only way.

I created another brand new clan with the same name. I then got all of my friends to re-join a new clan. I had it figured out I would not sign up for these events for the month and instead sign up for them on a daily basis. I think that doing this will insure that as I am recruiting new members their scores will be counted as we go. OK, good plan!

THEN I NOTICE MY CLAN IS ENLISTED IN EVENTS THAT I DID NOT ENLIST IN!!! Maybe this happened because I made a clan with the same name? But these are events I did not enlist in! Either way I am so thoroughly pissed off I took the time to write this letter. Dear Activision, please help…….
