Where do I buy Elite Premium? PS3

I have spended an hour looking for where I can buy Elite Premium, in PlayStation Store I only found the free version and I did not find anywhere to buy it online, where do I buy it? Please help!

you cant buy it any more Activision stopped subscriptions

    you will never get premium, Elite is free from now on going to BO2.

To further unite the Call of Duty community, Activision will be making all its Call of Duty Elite service features for Call of Duty: Black Ops II free when the upcoming blockbuster game hits worldwide on November 13, 2012. I've tried to do the improve section on MW3 on elite but it said i need a subscription I had one for xbox 360. what do i do?

my clan can't level up for modern warfare 2 because it says i need a premuim member in my clan in order to be able to enlist.

  1- you mean MW3 not MW2 correct ?
  
  2 - That would be correct, you do need premium to level up and they don't sell it any more.
