No Killcam?

How come when in the middle of a match there is no killcam to see where the person killed me from? I want to make it clear that I am not playing HC! I am playing TDM and There will be no killcam after I am killed sometimes. Is there a glitch/hack that people are using?

    I know that sometimes when peeps leave game directly after killing some 1, Killcam wont show. But that uses to happen on " final " kill cam .
