Yea I was about to say the same thing.  My clan is level 32, we just won our 10th gold medal in a row, and we have none of these new awesome emblems... However, there is someone in my clan who refuses to answer me, due to their broken headset.  They have one of these new emblems

The emblems are there on the clan unlocks as you level up your clan but yet im still to recieve any of them my clan is level 25 & no one in the clan has recieved them either does anyone know when they will give them out & if we can get the ones that we have surpassed by leveling up.

correct im %100 sure its that because if you go on cod elite and go to connect and then go to clans and scroll all the way to the bottom you will see the levels to unlock them.

i wouldnt swear on it mate but ive just unlocked one not the same as that but one unlocked via elite, there extra items you earn by prestiging from 16 to 20 hope that helps

Its on PC, he probably used a hack to unlock it.
