Where can i contact anyone for this problem? Whatever i do: The activision customer support only allows me to call and i don't live in the USA.

I can't email them either because i get an error everytime i select to send the message to  customer support.

Besides that, the store where i bought it doesn't do refunds and i'd like to have a code that works..

The problem basicly is: I enter my code, and it says there are errors, typing errors. But the key is exactly the same as on the manual.
