Call of Duty ELITE: Founder

I bought a Call of Duty Special Edition that it came with a card (Elite Founder). I went to the website and tried to redeem code but I received an error that report that action is not possible.

 

Could anyone help me??

    I bought 4 hardened editions and they worked my only advice is go to support above icon.  And make your way to a live chat and discuss it.  It may be expired cause the code for premium says expires and date.
