I actually prestiged first time at cod 4 & mw2 just last summer and still got the tokens. It took like 3 weeks - month for the tokens to come after I prestiged. When you look your callsing at mw3 lobby you see the little emblems from other games wich tells your current prestige at other cods. If the first one still shows that you are at prestige 0 in cod 4 it hasnt just refreshed yet. By the way order of little emblems is: cod 4, waw, mw2, bo1. Hope it was helpful!
