Elite Premium DLC issue

I'm hoping someone could help me here.


I've registered the elite premium membership I received from the MW3 hardened edition before the expiration date. It shows as valid and working on the elite application and on xbox.com; however, I can't download any of the DLC map pack collections that was supposed to be included/free with the elite premium membership- whenever I go to the store within the game or go to the xbox marketplace, it doesn't show up as free and requires that I purchase them.

I contact Activision and they said it's not their problem, it's Microsoft's problem. Microsoft says it's Activision's problem since it deals with the membership having problems. Has anyone else had this problem? Any help would be appreciated.

      I have the same problem, I've tried from in the game and it just takes me to the XBL Marketplace ... I renewed my gold membership, and it renewed my premium membership too? My elite expires in 2014 now ... so many bugs, this is rediculous! My Elite Premium doesn't even show up, my found codes never worked and now i can't even download the DLC! I would think this would be considered theft of services!?

       

      Somone should start a class action lawsuit ...

    hopefully when you contact them it was through messages i would do something you put your money into that and they said its not there problem thats wrong they could have tried something

    The problem is that the Activision support doesn't have a chat function anymore. Clearly this is an Activision issue since the elite drops are a game/elite function.

    @Thorn, let me know if things work out for you. I've been thoroughly disappointed with Activision's customer service. Waiting over an hour to speak to a representative just to be told that they're not going to do anything is ridiculous.
