You are a direct representative of EXACTLY what is wrong with people today. Your poor attitude about people BLATANTLY BREAKING RULES AND EXPECTING NO PUNISHMENT shows your maturity level. Again, these emblems are not only a DIRECT VIOLATION against Treyarch's security and enforcement policy, but of Microsoft's as well. While the rating on the front of the game may be "M" for mature, ALL online interactions are not rated and must follow Microsoft's terms of service, you know the ones YOU and EVERYONE ELSE agreed to when accepting your Xbox live account.

As you can see these emblems are subject to ban, and SHOULD be reported by all that see them. Notice the stuff from Microsoft about "controversial religious topics, notorious people, or sensitive current or historical events"? Yep that includes the Nazi symbol, the twin towers being destroyed, the current shootings.
Also notice the stuff about "illegal drugs/controlled substances, or illegal activities" This is why I report ANYONE with a pot leaf, bong, cocaine, pills, etc. in their pic.
Then please notice the stuff about "

You make a good point about people SHOULD be mature to play this game, and that means NOT making childish or offensive emblems.
