League has only 2000 players online and the connection suffers because of the low population and the lag makes it very unbalanced, it has nothing to do with who is better, its all about in whos favor the connection is in the current state so why don't Actitivsion gives the people who League dedicated servers? I understand that dedicated servers are not cheap and its impossible to give 500.000 players dedicated servers but since the League Playlist has such low player population, it shouldn't be a problem to make it happen. Host advantage, Host disadvantage will be gone and people wouldn't ragequit midgame also no Host migration.
