It is Not about having Loyal members i Have plenty of them, It is a pain in the arse if some of my clan members are not on on certain weekends for the ops and i have 2 or 3 new members willing to help out but they cant because someone has enlisted already. It probably wouldn't be a problem if i had a big clan but im only a small clan (6 members) and when a couple of members can't participate Gone away etc it makes it hard to get gold which we aim to get. But i do get the point you are coming from it might work good for you but it does stuff things around for me because iv'e always enlisted last minute on every op and challenge just in case i pick up a new member or Two.

Iv'e had that happen at times as well and it does fix it self but this is different somone in the clan has enlisted. I even proved the theory and ask a clan member to enlist in a clan challlenge and he could enlist then we done the challenge to see if our score counts and it did.
