    Am i the only one after reading all of these and being in 100% agreeance with everyone. Wondering why not a single activision or treyarch employee has not commented to this to one aspect or another? You can go through all of these forums and find them chiming in with info on the subject at hand, EXCEPT THIS ONE is that not strange? I for one am calling them out here and now we demand an answer or explination to why elite is so messed up?  are there changes coming? what about us who payed the $60+ for it? If this makes sense to everyone agree add on but let's stop discussing the problems and demand an answer.

                                                               ACTIVISION&TREYARCH WE WANT AN ANSWER!!!!

    Well you have to understand what is going on camelspider.

     

    1- Treyarch messed up big time during development and forgot to add a menu within the game. This menu should have given you the option to select clan tag and title. When clans were eligible for clan titles and started asking about them, Treyarch realized they screwed up and had Beachhead remove all the unlocks.

     

    2- ATVIassit, they try to help, they really do, but most of the time they have no idea what is going on. Few reason behind that. Most of them I believe don't play the game, don't have a clan, and can't relate to the situation at hand. I am not bad mouthing them, however from experience I would ask a question and they would answer it with something that just doesn't make sense. Any way, ATVIassist stopped responding because there is no more communication between them and Beachhead. They forward issues to Beachhead but don't get any replies back.

     

    3- Beachhead, this is the biggest problem right here. Basically, they are MIA. No one knows where they are, what they are doing, why they stopped responding and helping customers. Something heavy is going on behind the scenes though. Treyarch won't comment on them and ATVIassist doesn't hear from them. First they hit us with $50 Premium service, a broken Elite web site, and mild customer service.  Second they provide us with FREE Elite and ZERO customer service ( still a broken web site ). I am waiting to see what THIRD is.

    The size of the complaint is irrelevant, considering all complaints are falling on deaf ears. We're stuck with this crap, I'm afraid.

    Beachhead has to show for work for Treyarch to work with them. Not that I think Treyarch is doing much, either.

    A bit patient? You're giving them WAY too much credit for "trying." Because they aren't trying at all. Beachhead themselves said that they would be much more active in the community early on in MW3, then they failed to deliver on that promise TWICE. ELITE could have been the best thing for the CoD franchise, instead the devs are allowing it to sound the death knell for the franchise imo.

    The worst thing about this ELITE/BO2 issue is... Beachhead and Treyarch have offices IN THE SAME BUILDING! One might think that having the ability to walk across the hall to discuss issues would be a good thing. Apparently not.

    Or, more likely, someone from Treyarch broke into the Beachhead offices and did it themselves. That's about the only trustworthy way to get anything done.

    Patient with Elite huh!

     

    How patient were we during the MW3 clan challenge / Clan competitions last year? we waited, we waited, they said nothing.

     

    When the emblems were released, who got their emblems correctly? Almost no one.

     

    Elite is and has been incomplete and poorly managed ad on for the size of this game.

    i think since elite is now free.. they didnt want to really put any work into it.. the unlocks are pointless if you asked me.. clan ops get you xp just to unlock a background? eh
